Is a frame included?
At this time, frames are not included in your order. We do have a blog post with all of our favorite frames and recommendations, be sure to check it out!
How do I use the Samsung Frame TV Downloads?
Great question! Each purchase of a Samsung Frame TV download comes with a convenient “How-To” document that will walk you through the steps of how to add Elizabeth Nichole Photography to your Frame TV. In addition, you can also check out our blog post that outlines the steps to add artwork to your Frame TV.
How do I return an order?
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not offer returns at this time. However, if you order arrived damaged, please take photos and write a quick note to hello@elizabethnicholephoto.com and we will make sure you we correct this for you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. We are working towards international shipping, so please continue to check in with us and be sure to join our email list so you are the first to know when we begin offering international shipping.
